Chef Benedict Lim is a private chef with over 16 years of culinary experience throughout various culinary establishments in the Greater Vancouver area.
Trained at the Art Institute’s: Dubrulle International School of Culinary Arts, Ben strives to create innovative cuisine using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
He is the owner and operator of Ohana Poké Bar – featuring Chef Ben's take on sustainable a fish poké salad, Tabetai Tacos - a fusion taco stop both at the Richmond Night Market.
Chef Ben also runs Cooking With Ben (CWB) Kitchen – a private dining experience.
