The highly anticipated LUXE: Champagne Wedding Planning Brunch was an Instagramers dream, especially with renowned vendors such as Fleur de Lis Events, Belluxe Photography, Blush Bridal, Eclat Decor, Sweet Pea Photography, Sunflower Florist, Flower Factory, Joconde Patisserie, Blush Photography, and many more.
We were brought on board to help promote the highly anticipated event taking place at Vancouver’s prestiges venue, Fairmont Pacific Rim. We were tasked with designing an event launch strategy that would build excitement in its already established community of wedding vendors and potential brides while simultaneously introducing the brand’s story and services offering to a new community of potential clients. The strategy was two-fold: we assisted with social media management and we conceptualized a luxurious wedding event to attract target clientele and effectively generate interest and excitement amongst local Vancouver press and influencers.

The LUXE: Champagne Wedding Planning Brunch event drew a crowd of 50 exclusive bride-to-be’s with guests in attendance from local press outlets including: Boulevard Magazine, and Real Weddings. Tickets were sold out one week before the event and had over 80 brides on the waitlist. The event was featured in Boulevard Magazine, 604Now and Curiocity Vancouver.
